Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensures effective implementation of processes such as ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, and customer service to meet store goals. Maintains inventory accuracy, controls expenses, and upholds safety and security standards. Acts as a liaison between corporate and store teams, fostering collaboration and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees; ensure proper staffing and development.
• Oversee store opening and closing, daily operations, and safety protocols.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, merchandise presentation, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle multiple situations with limited standardization.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at some locations.

Physical & Working Conditions

Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional outdoor exposure. Fast-paced environment requiring attention to safety and operational details.
