Store Manager - Full-Time

About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service to ensure efficient and profitable store performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Lead store opening and closing, oversee merchandise presentation, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, cash handling, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Complete administrative tasks, including paperwork, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; management experience in retail preferred.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing; operations occur in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise, including exposure to outside weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures.

Skills

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and interpret operational documents.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations.
