Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective execution of processes including stocking, merchandising, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.Provide training, conduct performance reviews, and address development needs.Make staffing and pay recommendations; communicate performance and safety expectations.Oversee store opening and closing procedures; manage daily operations.Analyze sales and expense data to identify trends and control costs.Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards; manage inventory accuracy.Uphold cash handling, security, and safety policies; maintain a clean, organized store environment.Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive team environment.Complete all documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret manuals, safety rules, and procedures.Strong math skills for calculations and inventory management.Knowledge of cash handling, merchandising, and inventory practices.Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Experience in recruiting, training, and managing staff, with knowledge of legal compliance.Attention to detail and organizational abilities.Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish) skills and retail management experience. Physical & Work Environment: Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds; occasional climbing and driving; fast-paced setting with moderate noise and exposure to weather conditions.
