Store Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and customer service, to ensure efficient and profitable store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees; ensure proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures; maintain safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and financial data to identify trends and control expenses.
• Order merchandise to meet stock and sales targets; oversee inventory accuracy and presentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping environment.
• Manage cashier accountability, cash handling, and security practices.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal abilities; bilingual skills may be preferred.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds; use of equipment like scanners and carts; fast-paced environment with exposure to outside weather conditions at times.
