Store Manager - Full Time

About the Role

The Store Manager oversees all store operations, including staff management, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service. They recruit, train, evaluate, and retain employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves managing daily opening and closing procedures, monitoring sales and expenses, and analyzing operating statements to identify business trends and improvement opportunities.

The manager maintains proper merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and store cleanliness, ensuring a safe shopping and working environment. They enforce security protocols, manage cash handling, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Additionally, they foster a collaborative team environment, support staff development, and act as a liaison between corporate and store teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and solve problems.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be prioritized at some locations.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting (up to 55 pounds).
• Use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts.
