About the role

The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the in-store customer experience, ensuring product availability, and assisting customers with their shopping needs. This position also involves training and supervising store associates to enhance overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the in-store customer experience, ensuring a positive shopping environment.
• Ensure all products are available for sale and restocked as needed.
• Train and supervise store associates to improve their skills and productivity.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
