About the role
The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the in-store customer experience, ensuring product availability, and assisting customers with their shopping needs. This position also involves training and supervising store associates to enhance overall store performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the in-store customer experience, ensuring a positive shopping environment.
- Ensure all products are available for sale and restocked as needed.
- Train and supervise store associates to improve their skills and productivity.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
