About the role
The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the store floor to ensure a high level of customer service and product presentation. This includes overseeing associates, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store associates to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store floor at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
- Work closely with management to implement and maintain store standards and best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist in training new associates on store operations and policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Pay
