Store Floor Lead (Sur La Table)

About the role

The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the store floor to ensure a high level of customer service and product presentation. This includes overseeing associates, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store associates to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store floor at all times.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
• Work closely with management to implement and maintain store standards and best practices.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist in training new associates on store operations and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Pay
