About the role

The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the store floor to ensure a high level of customer service and product presentation. This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock rotation, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the store floor to ensure a high level of customer service and product presentation.
• Manage inventory levels, perform stock rotations, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and environmental standards.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the success of the store.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events to drive sales and engage customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
