About the role
The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the in-store customer experience, ensuring product availability, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the store floor to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for all customers.
- Ensure that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain high levels of customer service and product availability.
- Perform cash handling duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage inventory and stock levels.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
