About the role

The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the in-store customer experience, ensuring product availability, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the store floor to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for all customers.
  • Ensure that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain high levels of customer service and product availability.
  • Perform cash handling duties as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage inventory and stock levels.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
