About the role

The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the in-store customer experience, ensuring product availability, and assisting customers with their purchases. This role also involves maintaining the store’s appearance and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Ensure product availability and assist customers with their purchases
  • Manage customer interactions to enhance the shopping experience

  • Support team members with training and development

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
