About the role
The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the in-store customer experience, ensuring product availability, and assisting customers with their purchases. This role also involves maintaining the store’s appearance and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Ensure product availability and assist customers with their purchases
- Manage customer interactions to enhance the shopping experience
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Support team members with training and development
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
