About the role
The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the in-store customer experience, ensuring product availability, and assisting customers with their shopping needs. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the store floor to ensure a high level of customer service and product availability.
- Train and mentor store associates to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle inventory management and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
