About the role

The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the in-store customer experience, ensuring product availability, and assisting customers with their shopping needs. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the store floor to ensure a high level of customer service and product availability.
  • Train and mentor store associates to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Handle inventory management and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
