About the role

The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the store floor to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers. This includes overseeing product placement, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with store policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product placement and organization on the store floor
• Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
• Manage inventory levels and replenishment
• Train and mentor new employees

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of retail experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
