About the role

The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the store floor to ensure a high level of customer service and product presentation. This includes overseeing associates, managing inventory, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store associates to ensure they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
  • Support management in planning and executing special events and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
