About the role
The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the store floor to ensure a high level of customer service and product presentation. This includes overseeing associates, managing inventory, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store associates to ensure they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
- Support management in planning and executing special events and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
