About the role

The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the store floor to ensure a high level of customer service and product presentation. This includes overseeing the sales team, managing inventory, and ensuring the store environment is clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and support the overall success of the store.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership position.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
