The Store Floor Lead is responsible for managing the in-store customer experience, ensuring product availability, and assisting customers with their purchases. This role also involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the in-store customer experience to ensure a positive shopping environment
- Maintain product availability and assist customers with their purchases

- Support store associates in achieving sales goals
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
- Ability to manage inventory and track sales data
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
