Staffing Coordinator

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Staffing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining appropriate staffing levels, supporting nursing schedules, and ensuring smooth daily operations across all units.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the center maintains appropriate staffing levels and adequate nursing coverage at all times.
- Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating staff requests to ensure proper unit coverage.
- Prepare, complete, and post work schedules and staffing sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate staffing variances and schedule changes with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).
- Maintain accurate staffing records and ensure schedules align with operational and regulatory needs.
- Build strong working relationships with staff to support collaboration and staffing stability.
- Communicate schedule updates, changes, and staffing needs clearly and professionally.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Scheduler, or Payroll support within a nursing center or healthcare setting required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling needs.
- Ability to ensure appropriate staffing levels while balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating nursing schedules and managing staffing variances preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and gain staff support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay
$20-$24/hour (all inclusive)
