In this role, you will be contributing directly to their staff goals and overall job. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide continuous care, interaction, and positive role modeling to staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily staffing of RN’s, LVN’s and MHT’s
- Process PTO requests and ensure coverage for employees taking PTO
- Screen resumes and set up interviews of nursing candidates for CNO
- Process call ins/absences and ensure coverage
- Ensure training/orientation of nursing staff is current
- Produce daily staffing sheets and store past daily sheets
- Prepare daily staffing FTE report for CEO, CFO, and CNO
- Review time sheets daily and make corrections as needed for Payroll
- Review staffing with CNO to ensure adherence to staffing grid and safety
- Provide monthly “temporary agency” usage reports to CFO
Requirements
Your Experience Matters
We’re Looking For
Education/Experience: Preferably a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hospital business office and/or human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested

Compensation
This is a full time role and the expected compensation is $17.00 to $21.00 hourly.
