Staffing Coordinator

About the role

We are currently searching for a Staffing Coordinator to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Concord Care Center. The center is rapidly growing and we are investing in our new Staffing Coordinator with opportunities for career advancement and the tools needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule employees to meet our resident’s needs
• Maintain a master schedule
• Secure coverage for open shifts when needed
• Ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect
• Ensure our residents are comfortable and safe

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but not required

Qualifications

• Knowledge, skills, and attention to detail

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
