About the role
We are currently searching for a Staffing Coordinator to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. Emmetsburg Care Center is rapidly growing and our team is looking to invest in a Staffing Coordinator by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed. This position will also be responsible for procurement, transportation scheduling and medical records.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring our residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs
- Scheduling employees to meet our resident's needs
- Maintaining a master schedule
- Securing coverage for open shifts when needed
- Procurement
- Transportation scheduling
- Medical records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
- C.N.A./CMA Certification is preferred
