Responsibilities
- Manage staffing needs across multiple departments
- Cover all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate with HR and management teams to align staffing needs with organizational goals
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to staffing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in staffing or human resources
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
