Responsibilities
- Schedule and maintain both caregiver and client schedules to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Communicate and interact with a diverse group of people via phone.
- Answer phones and be the first, welcoming voice callers hear each day.
- Support HR team with recruitment initiatives, on-boarding administrative support, and maintaining caregiver compliance/records.
- Provide support to caregivers over the phone.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of office experience.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Innovative and takes initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive, professional outlook.
- Valid DL and able to commute to Lexington, MA daily.
Qualifications
- CNA or HHA certification preferred.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills.

- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls.

Pay
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule
Full time: 40 hours/week. Proposed schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-5. Participation in phone on-call rotation (1 weekend every 5 weeks, and 1 evening/week) - supplemental stipends offered for weekend on-call.
