About the role

The Staffing Coordinator manages, coordinates, and confirms all staff scheduling efficiently and promptly to maintain the highest quality of care and minimize coverage gaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate staff scheduling in a timely manner.
• Ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
• Minimize gaps in staffing coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous office experience preferred.
• Previous skilled nursing home experience preferred.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
