Staffing Coordinator

AVIR Health Group is looking for a resident and family-focused team builder to join us as a Staffing Coordinator. This role is key to managing, coordinating, and confirming all staff scheduling efficiently and on time, ensuring the highest degree of quality care and minimizing coverage gaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and confirm all staff scheduling in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
• Minimize gaps in staffing coverage.

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse License preferred.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• Previous skilled nursing home experience preferred.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
