Staff Development Coordinator RN

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical education and competency development for long-term care and post-acute teams.
• Design and deliver orientation, in-service training, and skills validation to promote safe, resident-centered care.
• Partner with nursing leadership to identify learning needs and support quality and infection control initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Strong knowledge of clinical education, competency validation, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to assess learning needs and develop effective training programs.
