Staff Development Coordinator RN

Role: Staff Development Coordinator RN Responsibilities Lead education and training for long-term care and post-acute teams.Design and deliver orientation, in-services, and ongoing clinical education to promote safe, resident-centered care.Assess staff competencies and provide bedside coaching.Ensure training compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with nursing and leadership to identify learning needs.Track compliance and contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.Experience in clinical education, staff development, or related roles.Strong communication, coaching, and assessment skills.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a mission-driven environment.
