About the role

Lead education and training for long-term care and post-acute teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver orientation, in-services, and ongoing clinical education to promote safe, resident-centered care.
• Assess staff competencies and provide bedside coaching.
• Ensure training compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with nursing and leadership to identify learning needs.
• Track compliance and contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience in clinical education, staff development, or related roles.
• Strong communication, coaching, and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a mission-driven environment.
