About the Role

Lead clinical education and training for nursing staff in a long-term care and post-acute setting. Plan and deliver orientation, skills training, and competency assessments to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support quality and infection-control initiatives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and mentor caregivers to promote professional growth.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Experience in clinical education, training, or staff development
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to foster team collaboration and support continuous learning in a faith-based environment
