Ecommerce Strategy & Execution
Own and evolve the U.S. eCommerce strategy, investment roadmap, and activation across digital retail and direct-to-consumer environments.
Translate brand and commercial priorities into clear eCommerce activation plans that drive growth and ROI.
Continuously assess performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scale across the eCommerce ecosystem.
Digital Shelf & Content Excellence
Own digital shelf strategy, ensuring products are discoverable, compelling, and conversion-ready across online retail environments.
Lead standards for content quality, asset optimization, and platform compliance, continuously raising the bar on execution.
Partner with Creative Studio and Global teams to ensure assets are developed, localized, and optimized for U.S. eCommerce needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Media to shape paid eCommerce and retail media strategies that support brand and commercial objectives.
Collaborate with Key Account Sales and Shopper Marketing to integrate eCommerce initiatives with broader omnichannel execution.
Work closely with Finance and Compliance to manage investments, measure ROI, and ensure governance.
Lead the U.S. stakeholder for global eCommerce initiatives and asset management, influencing through strong relationships and expertise.
Leadership & Influence
Lead and develop a direct report, while also acting as a trusted eCommerce advisor across the organization.
Serve as the U.S. stakeholder for global eCommerce initiatives and asset management, influencing through strong relationships and expertise.
Build credibility with senior sales and marketing leadership by bringing insight, data, and a clear point of view.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of eCommerce and/or Shopper Marketing experience (Alcohol Beverage experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success leading eCommerce activations within complex retail and DTC ecosystems.
- Experience owning digital shelf performance, content standards, and investment measurement.
