What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ensure alignment with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Support documentation, audits, and required reporting.
  • Monitor internal staffing practices and systems to maintain ongoing compliance.
  • Oversee personnel transactions in the HRIS system.
  • Support staffing processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Oversee pre-employment process and ensures staffing actions align with policy and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring workflows and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Provide operational guidance and support to HR Specialists.
  • Aid in documentation and workflow management to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and support special projects and initiatives.
  • Process and respond to HR inquiries received via phone, email, providing timely and professional support to all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service across HR.
  • Serve as a resource for cross-team coordination and contribute to process improvement efforts.

To Be Successful at This Job, You'll Need To:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of three (3) years HR related experience.
  • Have a working knowledge of general HR practices.

  • A minimum of five (5) years HR related experience.
  • Demonstrate an ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume workload.
  • Show a strong customer service orientation.
  • Show exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, use hands, fingers, and reach with hands and fingers.
  • Bend, stoop, and lift objects of at least ten pounds.
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Visual ability requires mono and color vision, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
