What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure alignment with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Support documentation, audits, and required reporting.
- Monitor internal staffing practices and systems to maintain ongoing compliance.
- Oversee personnel transactions in the HRIS system.
- Support staffing processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Oversee pre-employment process and ensures staffing actions align with policy and operational needs.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring workflows and ensure timely onboarding.
- Provide operational guidance and support to HR Specialists.
- Aid in documentation and workflow management to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate and support special projects and initiatives.
- Process and respond to HR inquiries received via phone, email, providing timely and professional support to all stakeholders.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service across HR.
- Serve as a resource for cross-team coordination and contribute to process improvement efforts.
To Be Successful at This Job, You'll Need To:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years HR related experience.
- Have a working knowledge of general HR practices.

- Demonstrate an ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume workload.
- Show a strong customer service orientation.
- Show exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills.
Physical Demands:
- Sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, use hands, fingers, and reach with hands and fingers.
- Bend, stoop, and lift objects of at least ten pounds.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Visual ability requires mono and color vision, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
