About the role

Responsible for supporting the HR team in all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Supports HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Administers and manages HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handles employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
  • Manages benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication.
  • Supports talent acquisition efforts, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
  • Develops and implements HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and benefits administration tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes.

  • $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
