About the role
Responsible for supporting the HR team in all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and talent management.
Responsibilities
- Supports HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Administers and manages HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Handles employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
- Manages benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication.
- Supports talent acquisition efforts, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
- Develops and implements HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and benefits administration tools.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes.
