Sr. HR Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support across HR operations, talent development, and learning initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hire onboarding, including communications, documentation, orientation support, and coordination of training sessions
  • Manage onboarding logistics for both virtual and onsite employees, ensuring a positive and organized new hire experience
  • Cook up learning and development activities, including LMS enrollments, session scheduling, facilitator coordination, and compliance training support
  • Oversee intake and tracking of team requests through a ticketing system, including routing, follow-up, and status management
  • Support procurement and coordination processes related to learning sessions and other team initiatives
  • Aid in internal community and employee engagement efforts, including meeting facilitation, communications, and support for in-person events
  • Partner cross-functionally with multiple teams to keep key programs and operations running smoothly
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help enhance existing workflows and documentation

Requirements

  • Experience supporting HR operations, onboarding, talent development, learning programs, or similar functions
  • Strong collaboration skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Experience with Workday, Jira, and/or an LMS strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in the technology sector is highly preferred
