Sr Specialist-HR

Responsibilities

• Aid in implementing HR programs to meet business needs.
• Process associate-related changes including pay, position management, and bonus updates.
• Create presentations, manage spreadsheets, and assist with organizational charts/data generation.
• Generate and analyze HR reporting data such as turnover, compensation, headcount, etc.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR programs with business goals, supporting company growth, change, and transformation.
• Support key processes like Talent Reviews, Leadership Development & Training, Organizational Development, Change Management, Succession Planning, and Associate Engagement.
• Develop collaborative relationships across all HR teams to facilitate work goals.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback from exit interviews to identify trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Problem-identification and problem-solving skills.
• Works effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, documentation, and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Intermediate Excel skills ideal.

USD $62,700.00 - USD $114,000.00 /Yr.
