About the Role

As a Senior Human Resource Specialist, you will enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools. You will serve as a key partner and resource, ensuring HR programs are delivered accurately and efficiently with a strong focus on the team member experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting onboarding, workforce routines, and ensuring timely completion of required training
• Providing day-to-day HR services and guidance to leaders and team members
• Applying best practices to support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance
• Interacting regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams
• Engaging with external candidates or vendors for staffing and onboarding
• Delivering HR services with accuracy, consistency, and care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365)
• Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work with highly confidential information
• Strong prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and make fair, consistent decisions aligned with company values
• Flexibility to adapt to change and work in a team environment
