Sr. HR Specialist GSCL

About the role

Target Global Supply Chain and Logistics is evolving rapidly, aiming to deliver products to guests faster, more efficiently, and with greater cost-effectiveness. This role focuses on Distribution and Receive Centers, where process and problem-solving drive results.

Responsibilities

• Enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools.
• Support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance needs.
• Provide guidance and operational support for leaders and team members navigating HR processes and organizational change.
• Interact regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Approach work with a solutions-oriented mindset, delivering HR services accurately, consistently, and with care for the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of administrative experience
• Maintains a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems
• Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of organization, both internal and external
• Able to anticipate problems, prioritize tasks, organize work, catch errors, and complete tasks accurately and on time
• Able to handle highly confidential information
• Able to take initiative and make fair, consistent decisions aligned with Target's strategy and values
• Able to multitask and adapt to change

Qualifications
