Sr HR Specialist GSCL
About the role
Target Global Supply Chain and Logistics is evolving rapidly, aiming to provide the right product to guests faster, cheaper, and better than competitors. This role focuses on Distribution and Receive Centers, where process and problem-solving drive results.
Responsibilities
- Enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent execution of HR processes, routines, and tools.
- Provide guidance and operational support that helps leaders and team members navigate HR processes and organizational change.
- Interact regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams, and engage with external candidates or vendors as part of staffing, onboarding, and HR process execution.
- Approach work with a solutions-oriented mindset, delivering HR services with accuracy, consistency, and care for the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (examples include Excel, Word, O365)
- Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of organization, both internal and external
- Anticipates problems (and escalates when appropriate), demonstrates strong prioritization and organization skills, catches errors, and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time
- Ability to work with highly confidential information
- Ability to take initiative, and make fair and consistent decisions that align with our strategy and values
- Ability to multi-task and be a flexible team player, who can easily adapt to change
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range per hour is $20.82 - $37.45. Additional compensation may include a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility. Pay is based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
