Sr. HR Administrative Specialist
Job Duties
- Works within the Corporate HR and Employee Relations department providing administrative support to the teams.
- Assigns tasks that involve preparing complex reports and maintaining complicated records.
- Resolves inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Interprets and applies HR policies, rules, and regulations.
- Ensures organizational goals are met by implementing HR processes and improving internal relationships.
- Escalates issues requiring specific knowledge to the appropriate Business Partner or HR Manager.
- Follows up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and keeps the customer informed on the status.
- Exercises some independence in defining methods and procedures used to reach an end product.
Qualifications
- Requires 5-8 years of experience.
- Prior HR experience is preferred.
