About the role
We are seeking a Senior Director of HR to lead our Human Resources department. This role will be based in the United States and will be full-time with the option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and manage employee benefits programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive company culture and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and executives.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software tools.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience with AI tools in HR processes.
- Experience with remote work environments and managing distributed teams.
