Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR operations, policies, and programs.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Develop and recommend compensation strategies aligned with organizational needs.
- Direct labor relations activities, including collective bargaining administration, contract negotiations, grievance processes, and employee investigations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee health and welfare benefits strategy, design, communication, and administration.
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and department procedures, while driving continuous improvement.
- Build, lead, and develop the HR team to support organizational goals.
- Provide strong, professional leadership and model organizational values.
- Manage performance evaluations, disciplinary processes, and departmental budgeting responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required (Master’s or certification a plus!)
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including labor relations.
- Proficiency in multiple software tools and HRIS systems.
