Director of HR

About the role

The Director of HR is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes and manage candidate selection
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for employee relations
• Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership capacity
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually
