Key Responsibilities
- Supervise smart-hands technicians across shifts.
- Provide L1 support for hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Perform cable patching, racking/stacking, labeling, power connections.
- Ensure all work follows MOP/SOP requirements.
- Maintain inventory and update asset management tools.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on DC technical skills
- Cabling, racking, hardware familiarity
Experience
- 5–8 years DC hands-on experience.
Education
- Technical diploma/certification.
