The Sales Lead (SL) role at Paper Source in Greenvale, NY is a part-time position designed to drive sales, maintain high standards of customer service, and lead a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences by providing exceptional service and leading the team.
• Execute visual merchandising and replenishment standards to maintain a tidy and inviting store environment.
• Leverage key campaigns and services to engage customers and promote sales.
• Mentor and support employees, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Manage store operations, including receiving, returns, and daily processes, while minimizing shrinkage and expenses.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in store operations.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Drive results during Manager on Duty (MOD) segments, meeting sales and behavior targets.
• Lead merchandising and replenishment efforts during MOD periods.
• Ensure the safety of employees and customers by opening and closing the store.
• Comply with company standards regarding safety, customer experience, and all store operations, including asset protection.
• Perform physical activities required for the selling floor, such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and climbing.
