Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting relevant healthcare providers to exceed sales goals
- Engage healthcare professionals in meaningful discussions around Infigratinib and achondroplasia
- Utilize data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address territory challenges
- Anticipate and adapt to business challenges, demonstrating flexibility in solutions
- Collaborate with various internal partners to maximize customer and family satisfaction
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and advocate for Infigratinib and the company
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills and market knowledge while complying with regulations
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in pharma/biotech; 4+ years in rare/genetic disease or skeletal dysplasia required; achondroplasia experience preferred
- BS/BA required; MBA is a plus
- Demonstrated product launch experience in competitive/new markets
- Success in account management with measurable impact analysis
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with high accountability and sound judgment
- Curiosity and adaptability with AI-powered tools and technologies
