Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting key healthcare providers
- Demonstrate expertise in Infigratinib and engage in compliant discussions with HCPs
- Identify growth opportunities using sales and target data and address challenges proactively
- Anticipate business challenges and develop solutions accordingly
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and expand advocacy for Infigratinib
- Collaborate across teams to represent the company and execute company initiatives
- Maintain proficiency in selling skills and clinical product knowledge
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech; 4+ years in rare disease or genetic disease required
- BS/BA required, MBA a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Proven record of accomplishment launching products in competitive markets
- Success analyzing complex accounts to drive measurable impact
- Educated in effective communication skills both internally and externally
- Demonstrated adaptability with AI-powered tools
Pay
- $155,000 – $210,000 annually
