About the role
This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan targeting key healthcare professionals to exceed sales goals
- Engage healthcare providers with compliant, clinically relevant discussions about Infigratinib and skeletal dysplasia
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and proactively address challenges in the territory
- Anticipate business challenges and develop solutions as needed
- Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders to support advocacy for Infigratinib
- Maintain excellent proficiency in sales skills and knowledge of the market and product
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in pharmaceutical or biotech, with 4+ years in rare diseases like achondroplasia preferred
- BS/BA required; MBA is advantageous
- Proven experience in product launch within competitive markets
- Strong account management skills with a focus on strategy and implementation
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, internally and externally
- AI fluency and adaptability to technology are essential
