About the role
The Simply Field Sales & Service Representative role is based in Osceola, Orange, and Seminole Counties, FL. The position involves field-based operations, including travel to client sites or designated locations, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the office or willing to consider alternate locations.
Responsibilities
- Sells and promotes Senior Services products through formal sales presentations, private appointments, and outbound calls.
- Maintains and manages customer records in the automated lead tracking system.
- Builds relationships with contracted medical providers, senior organizations, and community leaders to educate them about Senior Services products.
- Identifies and generates leads within the territory.
- Manages temporary support staff.
- Provides member retention services to existing customers.
- Might require extensive overnight travel and evening/weekend hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma and at least 2 years of direct sales or marketing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Life & Health licensure if required by state law.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience selling Medicare.
- Experience building relationships within the community.
