Simple Field Sales & Service Representative
About the role
The Simply Field Sales & Service Representative role is based in Miami Dade County, FL, and involves field-based operations with occasional office attendance. The position requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of direct sales or marketing experience, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree. Life and Health licensure may be required by state law.
Responsibilities
- Sells and promotes Senior Services products by coordinating and delivering formal sales presentations, arranging private appointments, making outbound calls, managing temporary support staff, and managing customer records.
- Identifies and generates leads within the territory by building relationships with contracted medical providers, senior organizations, and other community leaders, and educating them about Senior Services products.
- Cross-sells specified products from other departments.
- Provides member retention services to existing customers.
- May require extensive overnight travel and evening/weekend hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma and 2+ years of direct sales or marketing experience.
- Life and Health licensure if required by state law.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience selling Medicare.
- Experience building relationships within the community.
