Simple Field Sales & Service Representative
About the role
The Simply Field Sales & Service Representative role is based in Miami Dade County, FL, with the option for occasional office attendance for meetings or training. The position involves field-based operations, requiring travel to client sites or designated locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Sells and promotes Senior Services products through formal sales presentations, private appointments, and outbound calls.
- Manages temporary support staff and maintains customer records in the automated lead tracking system.
- Identifies and builds relationships with contracted medical providers, senior organizations, and community leaders to promote Senior Services products.
- Cross-sells specified products from other departments and provides member retention services to existing customers.
- Might require extensive overnight travel and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- A high school diploma and at least 2 years of direct sales or marketing experience, or a combination of education and experience with an equivalent background.
- Life & Health licensure if required by state law.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
- A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
- Experience selling Medicare.
- Experience building relationships within the community.
