Shuttle Supervisor for CCMC

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Connecticut Children's Medical Center, Hartford, CT
Shifts: Mornings, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays

Responsibilities

• Complete required inspections on each shuttle and promptly report any safety, mechanical, or maintenance concerns to management.
• Monitor shuttle operations and ensure scheduled service times and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Maintain and monitor the cleanliness and overall condition of assigned facilities, shuttle vehicles, and valet areas.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers, passengers, and team members.
• Perform shuttle, valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed to support daily operations.
  • Valet: Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork by assisting with operational needs and maintaining a positive, professional work environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Able to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• At least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.
• Motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
• Flexible schedule; position may require working weekends and holidays.
• Strong conversational communication skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
