About the role
A Showroom Coordinator’s primary role is to work closely with the Showroom Supervisor to maintain a pristine showroom by ensuring that sales tools and sample collections are up to date and ready for appointments. The Showroom Coordinator must keep a thorough knowledge of all brands represented as well as samples in the storage room.
Responsibilities
- Receive all samples and ensure they are ready for appointments; this includes checking in, steaming, tagging and hanging.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure drops are pulled from the line and only OTS styles are hanging when applicable.
- Manage Fashion GPS.
- Act as an Account Executive when needed during markets and trade shows.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong project management skills.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Fashion GPS software and/or similar sample tracking programs.
- Experience working in a showroom environment.
