About the role
The Showroom Coordinator/Receptionist responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls to Showroom:
- Making appointments
- Taking messages for Sales Team
- Greeting Clients:
- Welcome clients as they enter the showroom.
- Professional attitude.
- Answering any questions.
- Directing clients to the appropriate Salesperson or location.
- Become active participant in skills and knowledge enhancement with a growth mindset: by attending Schumacher University, brand webinars and trainings, staying abreast of current state of automotive industry standards and strategies.
- Walking short distances repeatedly throughout the day to assist clients, staff, and visitors.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Six (6) months experience as Client Care Center Scheduler.
- A professional will the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- A professional with the ability to read comprehend written instructions and information.
- A professional with the ability to work independently, multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent communicator to support relationships with all staff, clients, visitors.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic.
