Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and build lasting relationships
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle needs
• Explain maintenance and repair recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to keep customers informed
• Provide estimates and assist with service scheduling
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license required
• High school diploma or equivalent
